It is alleged that Binkley had sex with the boy during March of this year during school hours and when other students were in the building. Indeed. If this lady had not been a blond the story would have gotten zero press. Brinkley came to the attention of authorities when the boy reportedly told his parents his teacher was stroking his tigerlilly in front of Chief Chirpa. When his father realized his son was getting more action than he had in 6 years he decided to contact school administrators.

The father of the boy has been quoted in news media reports as saying, “He said she was okay, she was real nice. Binkley reportedly turned herself in to police on Thursday and was subsequently released from the Sumner County jail on $5,000 bond and a blow job to the baliff.

Binkley who has reportedly taught at the school for 10 years has been placed on administrative leave without pay by the school system. However on 10/01/08, more alleged victims came forward. Two more students claimed they’ve had a sexual encounter with Sandra Binkley. One claimed she sat on his face and did the macarena on his face. As a result of the new allegations, Binkley surrendered to police today on new charges including two counts of statutory rape by an authority figure and one count of sexual battery by an authority figure.
On Wednesday, at the preliminary hearing for Sandra Binkley, three boys testified about alleged sexual encounters between themselves and Binkley in a locker room office, a classroom one the bed, on the floor on a towel by the door. Two of the alleged victims are currently students at Portland High School, and one graduated at the end of the last school year. The judge found probable cause to send the case to a grand jury. Sumner County grand jury last week indicted Sandra Binkley on nine counts of statutory rape by an authority figure and three counts of sexual battery by an authority figure. Binkley’s arraignment on the charges is set for January 23. However, since she is a decent looking woman they will let her off with just probation as they always do with hot chicks who rape young boys.
