| | | My Body My Choice My Gun
I have personally run into three Women in the last 6 months who had pistols in their purses. At first it was sort of a turn on to know a woman who wasn’t afraid to handle a gun. I dig a little deeper and found out that the three had conceal carry permits. I then realized that real women were starting to wake up and realize that no paper law or some lowest common denominator police man would protect them. In the economic times we live in today women are at greater risk for victimization because their gender is a physically weaker target.
Large numbers of women and girls suffer directly and indirectly from violent crime. Women are particularly at risk of certain crimes because of their gender alone. Such crimes directly involve home invasion, domestic violence and sexual assault (rape). Crime statistics reveal that available data supports the the majority of violent crimes are perpetrated by men. With that being said, if more men commit violent crime with guns and that women are far less to have a gun would they not be at the twisted mercy of those violent men?
Women's rights groups constantly advocate the same an equal treatment as men. However, these same women's rights groups are overwhelmingly anti gun. Why? Why would these same women not want women to be able to defend themselves with he use of fire arms? Fire arms get to the scene a lot quicker than a 911 call. What would protect a women better from a Sex predator who lived don the street who also had aids? A police man, a condom or a gun? I would pick the latter hands down all day long with a big fat smile on my face.
If women have the right to to choose what they do with their body do they not have the same right to protect it? Guns are the gender equalizer. A woman can not compete with a man with brute strength in a contest that involved her being sexually violated. Not only are a bigger victim for robbery or home invasion normally rape accompanies all violent crime. I guess the women's advocate group will say no guns are bad even if it means you have to get raped but we support your right to abortion so it will all work out if you get pregnant from a rape. I do not think the majority of women would subscribe to that practice and that's why more and more women are getting familiar with fire arms as personal protection. | | |
| | | Why Women Need GunsYes I'm sure the video is funny but its more deep than that. Notice how men are just naturally stronger than women if you didn't go to K-12 grades. In addition to, see how much bigger men typically are than women? A man's strength and size come into play when a woman is victimized by a man. This is the very reason why men target certain women because they can win. If a woman had a pistol in her purse I can assure you there would be no victory, robbery, assault or "rape" for the man who decided to assail a woman. For those women who hate guns would you rather be raped, murdered, mutilated or assaulted to support your belief that guns are bad? I admire your conviction if you do even though its saturated in naivety. | | | |
