 | | | What Does Your Asian Tattoo Mean? I have no idea when getting Chinese lettering tattoos become popular. Probably some time during the mid to late 1990's. Regardless, the people getting them were not Asian. They were mainly of European descent. Sure it may look cool to you and to some of your preppy friends but to Asians who can actually read it, you look like a jock douche bag. Yes, you look utterly ridiculous wearing the culture and native language of someone else on you body and you have no idea what is reads. You just have the good word and credibility that the tattoo artist who is also not Asian knows what it means. |
| | Tattoos That Fail The tattoos portrayed above were great tattoos it was just the people they were on that suck. Why? Well a few reasons. A less obvious reason is that no one in the pics above can actually read their own tattoo. they can just tell you what the person who tattooed said it means. The more obvious reason is that none of the people above are ASIAN! It would be like me getting a German tattoo when I am really a American (transplanted Englishman). Seriously, these people a bags of tools for getting things they know nothing about. I totally get what Jesus was saying now. They know not what they do. LULZ | | | | | | | Correct Cultural TattooObviously the girl in this picture is Irish because I know her. Anyway, this is a great tattoo that fits the person wearing it. It's a clover leaf with the harps of Erin depicted in the tattoo. Why does this fit? Because this girl is IRISH! If you are wanting to get a tattoo, get something that fits who you are not someone else's culture because you think it looks cool. god knows what Chinese lettering is actually being tattoo forever on you skin. For all you know that tattoo really means "My Name Is George and I like male Midgets". | | | | | EPIC PASS This is an epic tattoo of a buddy of mine. His favorite past time is to get people drinking and mooning their face when they least expect it. This is a great contribution to the shenanigans of Guy Code.I would expect nothing less from a US Marine. |
