Jail Cell Assault of 15 Year Old Girl E-mail

A King County, Washington police officer has pleaded not guilty to fourth-degree assault after a judge agreed to the release of a video showing a 15-year-old girl being thrown against a wall, beaten and picked up by her hair. Apparently Seattle Washington is not a happy place to be these days the sentiment shared by the city of Portland. I guess the crime that was committed was that girls don;t ever listen. Thats the only thing that went wrong here. I mean when a girl is insolent police beat them with the rule of thumb law still on the books in the state of Washington. So the law was not broken in this case.

The girl's derelict parents see it different. A county prosecutor told the Seattle Post-Intelligencer the violent behavior should be considered "criminal misconduct," concluding "he should be prosecuted." We at Guy Code say she probably deserved it based on the fact she stole someone else car. Young girls need a heavy hand these days and who knows what her record is like. She lacked discipline and this man gave her some. Her parents should thank him since tghey let their daughter roll all over them.

The video so gloriously displayed above was captured November 29, 2008 in a SeaTac City Hall holding cell, the clip was released over the objections of Deputy Paul Schene's attorney, who insists it does not "tell the whole story." Well, what does context mean these days anyway? The whole story was how she accused a boy on the foot ball team of telling his friends the Silver Surfer was totally mis-represented in the second Fantastic Four movie which just happened to suck. I also have to agree with her statement, it really did suck balls. Anyway, this resulted in an argument where police were called on the scene to settle the dispute. While this was going on apparently the 15 year old girl stole a car. The vehicle they were allegedly driving belonged to the victim's parents, hows that for good measure?

According to an analysis of court documents by Seattle's KIROTV, "Schene described the girl as overtly belligerent and said she made personal attacks toward the officer in question." She was a trouble maker from the beginning according the inmates and did strange things with soap. At the beginning of the video, the girl walks into the cell without incident, then, with her arms folded, kicks the shoe off her left foot toward the officer in question. This was seen as assault on a police officer and he applied a well deserved beating that Jim Ross would have loved to commentate over.

Deputy Schene, 31 and an eight year veteran officer, responded by apparently kicking her in the stomach and slamming her face into the opposite wall. He also "allegedly" used the Ticonderoga bitch slap to follow up for good measure. Then, grasping the girl by her hair, he violently slams her to the ground, placing his knee in the center of her back as another deputy, helps cuff her. What the video did not reveal but the news paper did reported that shortly after the beating she apparently wet herself during the vicious shots to the mid section.

The prosecuting attorney revealed some facts about Schene's past on the police force. "Several years ago, Schene shot and killed an unarmed, mentally disturbed man following a traffic stop that degenerated into a knock-down drag-out fight. "The shooting was ruled justifiable. Shortly after that incident, he was stopped for driving under the influence (apparently of prescription medication). He was given a deferred sentence and placed on probation, we only wish he could have pulled over Seung-Hui Cho before he could kill anyone. Schene faces a maximum penalty of one year in jail and reprimand or termination from the department pending the results of an internal investigation. In the end, the law wins even if it was wrong. That's how government works people, always at your expense. Wake up.

I loved Itsguycode.com till I read this piece. Why do you publish this
garbage?

What you´re saying here is that the use of excessive force
was a good thing. Why would it be a good thing? It´s never justified.
Exccessive force is the use of more force than needed.

"trick"? "Chris Brown style"? Lay off the hate from
this site.

"Hey, if there is smoke then there is
fire right?" So if I write that Tray Parker (the author) is a
murderer, because I presented this "smoke", Tray Parker must be at
least be some sort of criminal? No, there has not to be a fire when
there is smoke.

Ask yourself "is this piece based on love or
hate?" If you find out that it is based on hate, don´t publish it!
